We’ve all been there—seeing people with worse ideas and products than ours secure funding or customers, while we never quite manage to break through. And yet, things aren’t going badly enough for us to give up entirely.

There are many reasons why you and your company might not be getting the success you deserve. Bård and Morten will share some thoughts on this, as well as offer advice and tips to take with you on your entrepreneurial journey.

Bård Fossli Jensen is a senior physician, specialist in pediatrics, and CEO/founder of the Aleap company Somsagt AS. He is an instructor, author, and speaker, and is particularly skilled in teaching communication methods used in emergency calls to 113 (Norwegian emergency services) to other professions. At the start of the pandemic, Bård was brought in as a special advisor to Bent Høie.

Morten Brandt is one of Norway’s most well-known and in-demand speakers in the fields of sales, sales training, and motivation. He has worked in people development within companies and organizations for 30 years—everything from leadership training in large corporations to how to sell a pallet of toilet paper. Morten has a unique ability to see new perspectives and to combine creative and analytical thinking.
